• Usage & Safety: Include a flammability warning (fragrances are flammable) and a disclaimer that products should be tested on a small patch of skin first.

• Order Acceptance: Reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as stock availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Resale Prohibition: Explicitly prohibit the purchase of products for unauthorized resale or distribution.
• Billing Information: Require users to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

• Shipping Estimates: Note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Risk of Loss: State that title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Failed Delivery: Clarify who bears the cost if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect.

• Health & Hygiene: Due to the nature of perfumes, many retailers do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
