Typical delivery takes 3 to 4 working days.
Orders received before 1pm get dispatched same day.
No dispatches happen on Sundays due to Courier Holiday.
Cash On Delivery Orders are processed only post verification.
SHIPPING, DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products ship within 24 business hours and gets delivered to you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery. The time taken to deliver the order depends on the location of the consumer and the Pincode serviceability by the courier partner.
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery. All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
We expect all the consumers to record an unboxing video after getting the delivery for cases like short products, in-transit damage, or missing samples. Unboxing videos will help in fast-tracking the refund process.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please inform customer service via email within 48 hours of the delivery along with the unboxing video and images of the delivered product.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.
Postage and charges for a return of these will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.
Please allow 7 – 8 working days from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
